Chapter 6: Recap and Beginner Quiz

You’ve made it through the entire beginner journey. Well done!

Quick Recap: What You've Learned

You’ve made it through the entire beginner journey. Well done! Let’s quickly go over what you’ve learned:

Chapter 1 introduced you to the Forex market, how it works, the major and minor currency pairs, trading sessions, and how prices move with pips, lots, spreads, and leverage.

Chapter 2, you learned how to choose a regulated broker, understand different broker types, and use platforms like MT4 or MT5. You also practiced placing trades in a demo account.

Chapter 3 taught you the basics of technical and fundamental analysis. You explored charts, support and resistance, trend lines, and key economic indicators like NFP, GDP, and CPI.

In Chapter 4, you discovered the importance of risk management and trading psychology. You learned to use stop-loss and take-profit levels, calculate position size, and stay disciplined.

Finally, in Chapter 5, you got ready for your first real trade by analyzing setups, picking a trading style, testing strategies in a demo account, and transitioning to live trading.
By now, you should have a solid foundation to begin your trading journey with confidence and awareness.

What’s Next?

Now that you’ve completed the beginner course, you have two main paths to choose from:

  • Practice Mode: Continue trading in your demo account to refine your strategies and build consistency.
  • Go Live (Responsibly): If you’ve proven your discipline in the demo, fund your real account with a small amount and trade micro-lots.

Whichever path you choose, remember this: Forex is a skill, not a shortcut to quick riches. The more consistent, focused, and disciplined you are, the better your results will be over time.

And remember, you can always come back to this guide whenever you need a refresher!
